REFUND POLICY

We want you to be happy with your GrooveWasher product and our customer service. If, within 30 days of purchase, you wish to return the product, for any reason, we will either refund the purchase price or ask you to return the product using a pre-paid mailing label we will send to you and we will refund the purchase price. The decision for a refund or a return with refund is ours.

If you request a refund or exchange after 30 days:

Send an email to orders@groovewasher.com. Tell us the reason for your refund or exchange request. Tell us where you purchased the product (our website, name of the retail store, etc.) Include a photo of the product or a copy of the purchase receipt.

We will reply with options for refund or exchange.

There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted.
